Our members on the site are sending video of the operational state, the sand is being still piled up. It requires a cost of engineering works. The reason of piling sand is the ground is a low position more than a main street it faces, so 2feet augments the whole site more than roadway surface as a submergence measure at the time of heavy rain. 20200909
