二学期の試験も終わり、先生たちは近隣の村々の生徒の家に低訪問をしてくれました。州政府の要請により生徒達を正式に学校所属とすることが義務化されました。保護者達も混乱して一時生徒数が85名程度まで減少してしました。貧困地域なので、授業料が滞る家庭もありました。しかし、我が校の多様で質の高い教育水準は皆に周知されているので、優秀な生徒は授業料免除することなどを説明していきました。このような先生達の不断の努力によって来学期は120名以上の生徒が学校で学ぶことになりました。
With the second term exams over, the teachers made casual visits to the homes of students in the neighbouring villages. At the request of the state government, it became mandatory for students to be officially affiliated with the school. Parents were also confused, and the number of students temporarily dropped to around 85. As it is a poor area, some families were unable to pay tuition fees. However, the diverse and high-quality education standard at our school is well known to everyone, so we explained to them that excellent students would be exempt from tuition fees.
