Just when I thought the summer heat had subsided, schools were temporarily closed due to heavy rain. There are many female teachers who commute from far away. Seedlings were provided as part of the Indian government’s greening promotion policy. Students and teachers planted trees around the school. I hope that the school continues as long as this sapling grows.　20230907

インド政府の緑化促進政策により苗木が提供されました。生徒と先生達が学校周囲に植樹しました。この苗木が大きく育つほど学校が長く続いてくれることを願います。

This year, India was also extremely hot, with days over 40 degrees Celsius. August 15th is India’s Independence Day. Continuing from last year, we had a big celebration at our school. The students practiced dance even on their days off, and the results were showing.20230815

In the second semester, the number of students remains close to 200. There is a chronic shortage of teachers, and some teachers are retiring for family reasons, so we recruited teachers through newspaper advertisements. Today we conducted a recruitment test for eight applicants. 20230707
