December is the dry season and the temperature dropped below 10 degrees. There is no heating, so everyone is wearing thick clothes and taking classes. Many students are barefoot because it is difficult to buy shoes. I bought more desks and chairs, but there are so many applicants that I can’t turn them down. On 14 November, we celebrate Children’s Day which across India to raise awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. This day is also the birthday of the First Prime Minister of India, Pandit J. Nehru, who was known to have been fond of children. 20221115

The total 240-meter wall surrounding the school building has been completed. Because it is stipulated by the Indian school law, we had no choice but to construct it due to lack of budget. There are many other things we want to equip, but we can’t afford it. 20221030

School law in India requires a concrete fence around the school building. We have to raise money again from a small budget. If you are surrounded by a fence, you cannot see the inside from the outside, so I don’t think it is necessarily superior in terms of crime prevention, but the law is troublesome. 20220911
